Each saved record gets a short code calculated from its details. Change any detail and the code changes.

Only that code is written to a shared record no single office controls. Once written, it cannot be edited.

Each role does its part.Nobody does it all.
Staff work in a separate workspace, and each role can do only what its job needs. No one account can encode, approve and release the same support.
Agri Technician
Registers farmers and records palay production in one barangay.
- Can: Register farmers and issue Access Code cards

- Cannot: Work outside the assigned barangay

Data Encoder
Enters program and event details for the MAO Admin to review.
- Can: Encode program drafts
- Can: Encode upcoming distribution events

MAO Admin
Reviews encoded records and runs each program.
- Can: Approve and activate programs
- Can: Set the eligible farmer list and assign staff

Field Staff
Runs one station at a distribution event.
- Can: Record the steps of the assigned station
- Can: Release support to listed farmers
- Cannot: See events they are not assigned to
- Cannot: Change programs or eligibility
