Process

How a record moves through AgriChain

Four connected stages, with a clear owner at each step—from field registration to a privacy-safe public view.

1. Farmer registration

An Agri Technician registers the farmer and issues a re-issuable Access Code and QR card. Farmers do not need an account.

2. Production Batch

The Agri Technician records the farmer's palay production and creates a reference that can be connected to later support records.

3. 4-Station Distribution

Assigned Field Staff record attendance, print and track the paper CSM and slip, record signing and allocation, then verify approval and actual release.

4. MAO Monitoring

Authorized MAO personnel monitor programs and records while the public can view a limited, privacy-safe trace.

Choose the right path

Public verification is separate from internal staff access.

Public by reference, private by design

Public verification shows a masked name, public record references, relevant dates, broad support categories, qualitative effectiveness, and the application's anchor lifecycle status. Contact details, precise locations, quantities, yields, and internal identifiers stay out of the public view.

Confirmation is status-specific

AgriChain reports the anchor status returned by its connected service. A record is described as blockchain-confirmed only when that status is explicitly confirmed; other lifecycle states remain pending, submitted, or failed.
